1. Introduction
This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions under which TourIN Bolivia operates and offers its custom tour services in Bolivia. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Services
TourIN Bolivia offers custom tours for groups from 1 to 25 people, including transportation and private guide services. These services can be booked directly by end customers or through intermediary travel agencies around the world.
3. Reservations and Payments
a) Reservations/bookings: All reservations must be made through our official website or through authorized channels. Reservations are recommended to be made at least 7 days in advance, although exceptions can be made depending on the season.
b) Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the tour start date.

4. Cancellation Policies
a. Any tours, excursions, activities or tickets for transportation booked through TourIN Bolivia are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. Only tours paid in full by the customer can be considered confirmed bookings. We reserve the right to delay confirmation of bookings should we require to for administration purposes even once full payment has been received.
b. Some tours/activities are subject to their own separate cancellation policies. In such cases these policies will be provided at the time of booking.
c. Unless specified otherwise cancelled tours are subject to the following penalties:
i. 30 days to 15 days notice – 10% of total paid
ii. 15 days to 7 days notice – 50% of total paid
iii. 48 hours to 24 hours notice 70% of total paid
iv. Less than 24 hours notice 100% of total paid
CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE DURING OFFICE OPENING HOURS.
Should a cancellation be made due to unavoidable circumstances (such as illness, family emergencies etc) we will give a full refund minus any costs occurred by ourselves regardless of the notice period given. This is subject to proof being provided and is at our discretion.
d. For the safety of our customers we reserve the right to cancel trips at our discretion. In such cases a 100% refund will be given for tours.
e. TourIN Bolivia are not responsible for penalties applied by airlines and bus companies should you cancel or change your ticket. Train tickets are non refundable.
f. If tours are cancelled or delayed due to weather conditions, civil protests, road blocks and political demonstrations or other situations beyond our control refunds will be at TourIN Bolivia discretion and any penalties applied will be directly in proportion to TourIN Bolivia costs or losses.
5. Client Responsibilities
a) Documentation: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, travel insurance, etc.).
b) Physical Condition: Clients must ensure that they are in adequate physical condition to participate in the selected tour.
c) Behavior: We reserve the right to expel any client whose behavior is considered inappropriate or dangerous for other participants or for the success of the tour.
6. Responsibilities of TourIN Bolivia
a) Provision of Services: We undertake to offer the reserved services as agreed, without prejudice to modifications necessary to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of the client.
b) Limitation of Liability: TourIN Bolivia will not be responsible for damages, losses or inconveniences suffered by the client as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as delays, flight cancellations, natural disasters, etc.
7. Modifications and Changes
a) By the Client: Any request for modification to the original reservation must be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
b) By TourIN Bolivia: We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the itinerary to improve the client’s experience or for safety reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, graphics and logos, is the property of TourIN Bolivia and/or used with consent and is protected by copyright laws. No part of the site may be reproduced without our express consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. All personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of the requested service and will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for the provision of the service.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bolivia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bolivia.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, the customer acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be bound by them.
